Cashback Feature Terms

1. Daily 4% Cashback
1. The Daily 4% Cashback is available to all Casino999 players who meet the following conditions:
- have a verified account and;
- have net real money losses during the specified period.
Once the eligibility criteria have been fulfilled, the player shall be granted the cashback.
2. The Daily 4% Cashback (further “Cashback”) grants players a 4% return of real money funds based on daily net losses.
3. The player’s net loss equals the total bets during the day period (from the first bet made, after 00:01, till 23:59) minus the player’s total winnings that the player may have earned during the day period.
Example 1:
During the day period (from the first bet made, after 00:01, till 23:59), the player has used 1.500 kr. real money funds to wager on eligible games, and won 500 kr. cumulatively.
Therefore the net loss is: 1.000 kr. = 1.500 kr. (bets) - 500 kr. (wins).
Example 2:
During the day (from the first bet made, after 00:01, till 23:59), the player has used 1.500 kr. real money funds to wager on eligible games, and won 1.500 kr. cumulatively.
Therefore the net loss is: 0 kr. = 1.500 kr. (bets) - 1.500 kr. (wins).
Zero net loss doesn’t qualify for receiving any cashback funds.
Example 3:
During the day (from the first bet made, after 00:01, till 23:59), the player has used 1.500 kr. real money funds to wager on eligible games, and won 2.500 kr. cumulatively.
Therefore the net loss is: -1.000 kr. = 1.500 kr. (bets) - 2.500 kr. (wins).
A negative net loss (net win) doesn’t qualify for receiving any cashback funds.
4. To qualify for Daily 4% Сashback refund, the player should make real-money bets on eligible games and have negative balance changes (net losses) during the specified period which starts with the first bet made, after 00:00. The cashback amount will be automatically credited to the player’s real money balance within 24 hours after the gaming day is over.
For example: Daily net losses are 1.000 kr.
1.000 kr. * 4% = 40 kr.
The player will receive 40kr daily cashback.
5. Only real money wagers made on all casino games (slots and live casino) contribute toward the cashback. Bonus stakesand free spin stakes are not eligible.
6. All casino games (slots, table games and live games) available at Casino999 contribute to the cashback calculation.
7. Playing in demo mode does not contribute to the cashback calculation even if the user plays the relevant games.
8. Sports bets do not contribute to the cashback calculation.
9. The Daily 4% Cashback is an integrated part of Casino 999’s gaming system that is available to all players on equal terms and conditions for an unlimited period of time.
10. These terms and conditions regulate the Daily 4% Cashback, which shall be available with effect from 03.09.2024 and apply in conjunction with the General Terms & Conditions and General Bonus Terms & Conditions.
11. In the event that there is any discrepancy between the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions and/or General Bonus Terms & Conditions, and the Daily 4% Cashback Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail.
2. Weekly 2% Cashback
1. The Weekly 2% Cashback is available to all the Casino999 players who meet the following conditions:
- have a verified account and;
- have net real money losses during the specified period.
Once the eligibility criteria have been fulfilled, the player shall be granted the cashback.
2. The Weekly 2% Cashback (further “Cashback”) grants players a 2% return of real money funds based on weekly net losses.
3. The player’s net loss is equal to the total bets during the week minus the player’s total winnings that the player may have earned during the week.
Example 1:
During the week, the player has used 10.000 kr. real money funds to wager on eligible games, and won 5.000 kr. cumulatively.
Therefore the net loss is: 5.000 kr. = 10.000 kr. (bets) - 5.000 kr. (wins).
Example 2:
During the week, the player has used 10.000 kr. real money funds to wager on eligible games, and won 10,000 kr. cumulatively.
Therefore the net loss is: 0 kr. = 10.000 kr. (bets) - 10.000 kr. (wins).
Zero net loss doesn’t qualify for receiving any cashback funds.
Example 3:
During the week, the player has used 10.000 kr. real money funds to wager on eligible games, and won 15,000 kr. cumulatively.
Therefore the net loss is: -5.000 kr. = 10.000 kr. (bets) - 15.000 kr. (wins).
A negative net loss (net win) doesn’t qualify for receiving any cashback funds.
4. To qualify for 2% Weekly cashback refund, the player should make real-money bets on eligible games and have negative balance changes (net losses) during the specified period, which starts with the first bet placed after 00:00 UTC on Wednesday and ends at 23:59 UTC Tuesday. The cashback amount will be automatically credited to the player’s real money balance within 24 hours after the gaming period is over.
For example: Weekly net losses are 10.000 kr.
10.000 kr. * 2% = 200 kr.
The player will receive 200 kr. weekly cashback.
5. Only real money wagers made on all casino games (slots and live casino) contribute toward the cashback.
6. All casino games (slots, table games and live games) available at Casino999 contribute to the cashback calculation.
7. Playing in demo mode does not contribute to the cashback calculation even if the user plays the relevant games.

3. Monthly 1% Cashback
1. The Monthly 1% Cashback is available to all the verified Casino999 players who meet the following conditions:
- have a verified account and;
- have net real money losses during the specified period.
Once the eligibility criteria have been fulfilled, the player shall be granted the cashback.
2. The Monthly 1% Cashback (further “Cashback”) grants players a 1% return of real money funds based on monthly net losses.
3. The player’s net loss is equal to the total bets during the month minus the player’s total winnings that the player may have earned during the month.
Example 1:
During the month, the player has used 40.000 kr kr. real money funds to wager on eligible games, and won 10.000 kr. cumulatively.
Therefore the net loss is: 30.000 kr. = 40.000 kr. (bets) - 10.000 kr. (wins).
Example 2:
During the month, the player has used 40.000 kr. real money funds to wager on eligible games and won 40,000 kr. cumulatively.
Therefore the net loss is: 0 kr. = 40.000 kr. (bets) - 40.000 kr. (wins).
Zero net loss doesn’t qualify for receiving any cashback funds.
Example 3:
During the month the player has used 40.000 kr. real money funds to wager on eligible games, and won 60,000 kr. cumulatively.
Therefore the net loss is: -20.000 kr. = 40.000 kr. (bets) - 60.000 kr. (wins).
A negative net loss (net win) doesn’t qualify for receiving any cashback funds.
4. To qualify for 1% Monthly cashback refund, the player should make real-money bets on eligible games and have negative balance changes (net losses) during the specified period, which starts with the first bet made after 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and ends at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the month. The cashback amount will be automatically credited to the player’s real money balance within 24 hours after the gaming month is over.
For example: Monthly net losses are 30.000 kr.
30.000 kr. * 1% = 300 kr.
The player will receive 300 kr. monthly cashback.
5. Only real money wagers made on all casino games (slots and live casino) contribute toward the cashback.
